     Haokai Microelectronics (Shanghai) Corporation was founded at Shanghai in May 2005. The company’s founders Cangsang Zhao and Feng Wang both obtained Ph.D. degrees in USA. They spent many years in Intel USA working on analog and mixed-signal circuit design. They accumulated a lot of design and manufacturing experience on phase-locked loop (PLL) circuits. They possess the world-leading knowledge and understandings in the clocking and timing circuit area.
     On its first design project, Haokai successfully developed a 3.5 GHz PLL and a 300 MHz HSTL-IO on SMIC 0.13 um CMOS process, and demonstrated the highest speed PLL developed in China.
